On Wednesday evening, the winners of the Photo Academy Baden, which takes place as part of the Baden Photo Festival, were invited before the curtain in the festive setting of the Arnulf Rainer Museum. The first prize went to Hannah Hajszan, who was presented with a limited edition Leica D-Lux 7 „A BATHING APE® xSTASH“ by Bernhard Hörtnagel.
A BIG THANK YOU goes especially to all participating students, to the principal Sonja Happenhofer and the project supervising teacher Hubert Hochwarter, to the photographers Christian and Gregor Schörg, who guided the academy with their knowledge, to the Lower Austrian Directorate of Education represented by Albin Anton Schuller and Harald Gärtner from Hahnemühle. The mayor was represented by Herbert Dopplinger. And, of course, the prize-giving company LEICA, which also provided cameras worth € 400,000 for the workshops. It was beautiful! And worthy! As it should be.
