Festival La Gacilly-Baden Photo 2026

In 2026, the La Gacilly-Baden Photo Festival will once again focus on the relationship between humans and the environment.

Festival La Gacilly-Baden Photo 2026 is themed „SO BRITISH!“ and will take place from June 12th to October 11th, 2026.

The festival is based on three narrative strands: Firstly, the „Conditio Humana“ is explored through approximately ten photographic series, examining the lives of people in a specific geographical region; secondly, the focus is on the state of the planet Earth, featuring reports from various countries and continents;

In 2026, these are:
Ethiopia • Burkina Faso • Chile • France • India
Japan • Cameroon • Mali • Mozambique • Nigeria
Norway • Austria • South Africa • Tanzania • USA

Finally, the third section of the festival presents works by Austrian photographers.
